Forgot your license key? (Pro license recovery)

If you purchased Pro and lost your key, contact support@docktabs.com with:

  • Checkout Session ID (starts with chk_)
  • Order ID or purchase reference (purchase_ref)
  • Purchase email
  • Approximate payment time

We will use those details to locate your purchase and resend the license key.

Before contacting support

  • Open the extension options page and confirm the session still appears in Session Manager.
  • Check Recent Auto Snapshots if you expected a local safety save.
  • Use Import / Export to create a backup before deeper troubleshooting.
  • Remember: sessions stay local unless you export JSON backups or activate Pro cloud backup.
  • Copy diagnostics from Advanced & Support if you need to report an issue.
