These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using DockTabs.
DockTabs provides backup-first tab recovery tools, including local save and restore, local snapshots, JSON import/export, and a supporting documentation website.
You remain responsible for maintaining any backups or workflows that are critical to your work.
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use DockTabs for unlawful activity.
We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the extension or website.
DockTabs is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the extension or website.

DockTabs may offer optional paid Pro licenses that add extra recovery layers such as cloud backup, cross-device recovery, version history, restore previous versions, and higher usage limits.
Current launch-price targets are Pro Monthly ($4.99/month), Pro Yearly ($39/year), and an Early adopter Lifetime tier ($29 one-time, first 100 users only).
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, paid terms do not auto-renew. If a paid term ends, Pro features may stop until a new valid term is purchased.
Early adopter Lifetime covers lifetime access to current Pro recovery features. Future major plans or team features may be offered separately.
After a completed purchase, DockTabs provides a license key used to activate Pro inside the extension.
You are responsible for entering the license key correctly and keeping a copy of it for your records. If you lose the license key, you may contact support and provide reasonable purchase details, such as your checkout session ID, purchase reference, purchase email, and approximate payment time, so that we can try to locate your purchase and resend the key.
Refunds, billing disputes, and payment-related questions are handled according to the terms shown at checkout and any applicable law. DockTabs may refuse refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse of the recovery process.
We may improve, adjust, or discontinue paid Pro features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep product pages and documentation up to date.
If a paid feature is materially changed during an active license term, DockTabs may provide a reasonable replacement, workaround, or support response, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature at all times.
